weeknight concert outfit
Looking for a casual but put-together outfit for a weeknight out? I am heading to a concert in a couple of weeks (Eric Hutchinson!) and I was looking for some inspiration of what to wear. (Yes… sometimes I think about things way too far ahead…) Try a cute button down, black jeans, studded grunge boots, maroon (huge for fall) scarf, dark eyeliner and a pink lip. Finish it up with a padded black cross-body bag so that your hands are free to dance the night away!

For the best up do of the weekend I chose Demi Lovato at the 2012 Fox Fall Eco Casino Part on September 10. I thought her smooth ballerina bun really pulled her whole outfit together.

chicago symphony orchestra at ravinia
Ravinia is a large outdoor concert venue in the suburbs of Chicago. The concerts start in June & end in September, and there’s a concert almost every night! Both of us, along with our college roommates, went to see the Chicago Symphony Orchestra at Ravinia a few days ago and had a great time with amazing food & wine.
