recipe ~ summer sangria

Sangria is the perfect summer drink! Here’s a recipe I used this past weekend for our friend’s BBQ.

2 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon

10 cups of Canada Dry

2 apples

lots of strawberries & pieces of pineapple

5 tablespoons of sugar

a couple squirts of lime juice

mix all of the ingredients together, making sure you chop up the fruit into very small pieces!

Cheers!

  1. Thanks for sharing. Looks tasty! I usually do the Spanish version! For us in Europe, what can you replace the Canada Dry with? What is Canada dry?

Please tell us what you think!
